ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We currently ship cannabis accessories all across Canada within 1-5 business days using Canada Post. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a bit of a delay. If it’s a significant delay, we’ll let you know by email. Please note, due to the time of year additional delays may occur.
Due to provincial regulations, we’re unable to ship cannabis products at this time. You can pre-order your cannabis for in-store collection on our website. We’ll email you when it’s ready for pick-up. If you have received a product that you believe is damaged, defective or have quality issues, please contact our team at info@qunubucannabis.ca or submit a request at our “Contact Us” page. Our RETURNS & EXCHANGE policy will apply for all mail orders. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.

(a) Personal information we receive from you, the member:
- We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information. This includes when you register for Qunubu Cannabises’ Website (for example, name, address and email address), and/or use certain Website services. The information we receive from your social networks, is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and Website before linking or connecting them to our Website.
(b) Use of cookies and other technology to collect data:

This allows us to provide you with offers from merchants in your vicinity. You can turn this feature off by adjusting your phone settings.

We may collect information using cookies, log file data, and clear gifs (also known as web beacons) to track usage information, to remember you on our Website, and to provide additional functionality. We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you use our Website. When you visit our Website, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may also convey information to us about how you use the Website (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click, how frequently you access the Website), and allows us to track your usage of the Website. We may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to anonymously track the online usage patterns of our users. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Website. We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Website. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your actions on our websites, and other information that assists us in analyzing and improving the Website.
We collect and use information for the following:
- To improve customer service within the website. Information collected helps us respond to your service requests and needs more efficiently and allows us to update our customer service solutions regularly.
- To personalize your user experience by providing you with custom solutions. Your information allows us to better understand how our users use our services and resources, and what more we can offer.
- To improve site functioning by using your feedback to improve products and services.
- To process payments. We collect user information provided by the customer when placing an order, to facilitate the placement of order and service. We do not share this information with outside parties unless to provide services such as shipping or payment processing.
- To send periodic emails. We collect email information to send information to users, if they have subscribed to our mailing list. We may use the email addresses to sent the customer information pertaining to the order, to respond to inquiries, questions and other requests. If the user subscribes to our mailing list, they may receive promotional content or other content such as company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. The customer/user has the option to at any time unsubscribe from receiving future emails by using the unsubscribe feature and instructions included at the bottom of each email, or by contacting us directly. - We may also use your Personal Data in aggregate form as described under “How Does Qunubu Cannabises’ Website use Aggregate Data.” When we do this the data is anonymized so that you cannot be personally identified.
In order to provide the best service to you, Qunubu Cannabises’ Website measures and analyzes the demographics, interests and behavior of our members based on the Personal Data provided to us. Sometimes we may provide aggregate information to our clients or partners about how our members, collectively, shop for products and use our service. Qunubu Cannabises’ Website may also share aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Website to current and prospective business partners and clients, and to other third parties. This aggregated data does not identify you individually.
Qunubu Cannabises’ Website considers your Personal Data an essential part of our relationship with you and a key component in delivering you a great service. (a) Business transactions and related companies – As we operate Qunubu Cannabises’ Website we may buy or sell business assets or the company, merge with other companies, reorganize or dissolve. In such cases, we continue to protect the information with appropriate safeguards, but it may be subject to the legal jurisdiction of those countries and governmental authorities in those countries.
(a) Marketing Communications. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can click the “unsubscribe” button on promotional email communications. Note that you are not permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, change or updates to features of the websites, or technical and security notices.
(b) Online Advertising. We may permit third party online advertising networks to collect information about your use of our website over time so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on our websites as well as on other websites. Typically, the information we share is provided through cookies or similar tracking technologies. The only way to completely “opt out” of the collection of any information through cookies or other tracking technology is to actively manage the settings on your browser or mobile device. Please refer to your browser’s or mobile device’s technical information for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies, and other tracking/recording tools. (c) Data Retention. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Website. Following termination or deactivation of your account, we may retain information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. We may retain your information in aggregate or anonymized form indefinitely. Please submit a support request if you wish to delete your account. We may retain posts you made on our Website indefinitely even after you cease to use our Website.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any unsolicited information that you provide. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Website and any unsolicited submissions. Qunubu Cannabises’ Website assumes that all unsolicited information is non-confidential and that we are free to reproduce, disclose and distribute it without limitation or attribution.

Qunubu Cannabis Corp. (“Qunubu Cannabis,” “we”, “our” or “us”), a Canadian corporation, terms and conditions for use of the Qunubu Cannabis’s website (the “Agreement” or the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Qunubu Cannabis.
Our website (the “Website”) enables you to purchase and receive Products and Services, as defined below, online in a fast and convenient way. By utilizing the Website, you become subject to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference herein. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, do not use the Website. The Website is for your own use only. You may not resell, lease or provide them in any other way to anyone else. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residency to use our Website.
These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Qunubu Cannabis or its affiliates for products, Website or otherwise. Also, these Terms are in addition to the end user license agreement for any website we may provide.
Qunubu Cannabis reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, or any policy or guideline relating to the Website, at any time and in its sole discretion. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel your account with us without further obligation or cease to use the Website. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions through the Website, and your continued use of the Website after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. You should from time to time review the Terms and any policies and documents incorporated in them to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Website. The Website provides you with the option to purchase cannabis and cannabis related products (the “Products”) and related services (the “Services”).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Website password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Qunubu Cannabis of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, which includes but is not limited to computer viruses, trojan horses, spyware, malware, adware, hacking, and other malicious or unwanted means expressly or impliedly prohibited by, or inconsistent with, any provision of this Agreement.
Qunubu Cannabis reserves the right to revoke access to the Website, at its sole option and discretion and without notice to you, if any misuse or foul play occurs or is suspected within the system.
Qunubu Cannabis will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your password secure.
Please refer to Qunubu Cannabises’ privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) for information on how Qunubu Cannabis collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information from its members. By agreeing to these Terms or using the Website, you agree to our collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Qunubu Cannabis refuses the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of Qunubu Cannabis. In addition, delivery of the Products and Services to purchases via this website remain entirely subject to any applicable Federal and Provincial laws and the Cannabis Act (Canada) and associated regulations made thereunder.
A valid credit card is required to make purchases from Qunubu Cannabis, however, purchases can also be made via purchase orders with preapproved terms.
By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by Qunubu Cannabis, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment method you provide cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your Qunubu Cannabis account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
Prices generated using our Website are at all times non-binding. We reserve the right to change these prices immediately and without notification. No order shall be binding on us unless and until it has been accepted.
Prices for the Products and Services are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect any order for Products and/or Services you have already placed. Prices are subject to correction for error. In the event any of the Products are unavailable:
(a) Permanent unavailability: Qunubu Cannabis undertakes to offer Products with similar characteristics or to refund the missing Products within 30 days;
(b) Temporary unavailability: Qunubu Cannabis will inform you about restocking deadlines. You can choose to maintain the order with these new deadlines or to cancel it. In that case, Qunubu Cannabis will offer to refund the missing Products without delay and no later than 30 days.
Qunubu Cannabis reserves the right to suspend any Service or Product offering at any time for a duration determined by Qunubu Cannabis, or in the event of failure in stock of the Products, as applicable.
If you wish to purchase a Product or Service, you must create an account with us. Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. Submission of your order constitutes an electronic signature between the parties and has the same value as a written signature.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (description of the Product, price, delivery date, etc.) will be sent to you by Qunubu Cannabis.
The Product sales contract is concluded when Qunubu Cannabis, after having had the possibility of checking the detail of the order and its total price, as well as correcting any errors, has confirmed it. Qunubu Cannabis reserves the right to reject the order and reimburse you. Reimbursement is made by any means of payment within a 30-day timeframe.
Qunubu Cannabis will send an email confirming its acceptance of the order.
Prices for the Products and Services do not include shipping costs unless indicated otherwise. Our delivery charges and methods are as described on the Website from time to time. Customary methods of transportation shall be selected by Qunubu Cannabis and such transportation will be at your expense. Special methods of transportation will be used upon your request and at your additional expense provided reasonable notice of your transportation requirements are given by you to Qunubu Cannabis prior to shipment. The estimated arrival or delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. At the sole discretion of Qunubu Cannabis, certain orders may receive free shipping costs, if the purchase price exceeds a certain threshold, which shall be described on the Website from time to time.
We do not provide refunds, except as specified in Section 7 (b) of this Agreement. Please ensure that the Product you are purchasing online is the one you are intending to buy.
If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to rectify the issue. We should be notified within 24-48 hours of receiving damaged or incorrect items. Please note that if the exterior packing of your item is damaged upon return, we will apply charges. Qunubu Cannabis reserves the right to determine whether the item damages are covered by warranty.
At the sole discretion of Qunubu Cannabis, the refund policy may be modified from time to time. As of the date of these Terms, we are not accepting refunds, and all sales are deemed final. If you have more questions about your order, send us a message at info@qunubucannabis.ca.
Qunubu Cannabis does NOT warrant that the quality of any Product or Service, purchased or obtained by you through the Website will meet your expectations.
Information included in the Website may be provided by third parties, which do not necessarily represent the views of Qunubu Cannabis, its management or employees or its affiliates nor does Qunubu Cannabis or its affiliates endorse said comments and opinions.
Except as otherwise indicated, the Website, and all text, images, marks, logos and other content contained in or communicated using the Website, including, without limitation, the Qunubu Cannabis logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of Qunubu Cannabis or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. All rights to the Content are expressly reserved. Nothing contained in the Website may be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right of Qunubu Cannabis or any third party without the prior written permission of Qunubu Cannabis or such other party that may own such patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right(s).
Any reproduction, exploitation or use, whether in Canada or abroad, of all or part of the Website for professional use (on whatever basis, even partially) or duplication on any media, website, free, paid or commercial blogs, is forbidden unless prior consent has been given by Qunubu Cannabis.
Qunubu Cannabis, its logo and all other product or service names or slogans displayed on or communicated through the Website are registered and/or common law trademarks of Qunubu Cannabis and/or its suppliers or licensors, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Qunubu Cannabis or the applicable trademark holder. In addition, the look and feel of the Website, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark, trademark and/or trade dress of Qunubu Cannabis and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Qunubu Cannabis. Qunubu Cannabis grants you a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Website and to view portions of the content. You represent and warrant that your use of the Website and the content will be consistent with this license and will not infringe or violate the rights of any other party or breach any contract or legal duty to any other parties or violate any applicable law. You expressly agree to indemnify Qunubu Cannabis against any liability to any person arising out of your use of content not in accordance with these Terms.

The Website may contain links to third-party web sites (“Third-Party Sites”) and third-party content (“Third-Party Content”) as a service to those interested in this information. Qunubu Cannabis does not monitor or have any control over, and makes no claim or representation regarding, Third-Party Content or Third-Party Sites. Qunubu Cannabis may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Website. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, parties other than Qunubu Cannabis, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. Qunubu Cannabis is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of third-party advertisers on the Website.
You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Website (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Qunubu Cannabis, and to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to Qunubu Cannabis. We send Products and Services to the address and send notices to the email address you maintain in your Registration Data. We are not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of not keeping your Registration Data current.
You specifically agree that qunubu cannabis shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the website. You specifically agree that qunubu cannabis is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another’s rights, including intellectual property rights.
In no event shall qunubu cannabis be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, (including without limitation, those resulting from: (1) reliance on the materials presented, (2) costs of replacement goods, (3) loss of use, data or profits, (4) loss of enjoyment, (5) injury or death, (6) and any theory of liability arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use this site, whether or not qunubu cannabis has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Website (excluding Third-Party Sites) are controlled by Qunubu Cannabis and operated by it from its offices in Ontario. While Qunubu Cannabis has made no effort to publish the Website other than in certain Provinces of Canada and the United States, the Website is accessible elsewhere.
You and Qunubu Cannabis explicitly agree that all disputes, claims or other matters arising from or relating to your use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You agree that all claims will be heard and resolved in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Toronto, Ontario. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you, stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts, and covenant not to assert any objection to proceeding in such courts.
If you choose to access the Website from locations other than Ontario, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws of such other jurisdiction and you agree to indemnify Qunubu Cannabis for your failure to comply with any such laws.
Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, Qunubu Cannabis reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, without any notice or liability to you, to (a) terminate your license to use the Website, or any portion thereof; (b) block or prevent your future access to and use of all or any portion of the Website or content; (c) change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website or content; and (d) impose limits on the Website or content.
Qunubu Cannabis may assign all of its rights, interests and obligations pursuant to this Agreement to any person or company without your consent. You shall not assign or transfer any of your right or obligations pursuant to this Agreement without the prior express written consent of Qunubu Cannabis.
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
